What are the payment options?
I accept PayPal and now Venmo! Since this is a really small and newer shop, it is all I can offer right now. If you want to use Venmo, please DM me or email me. Thank you for your understanding!
How do I place an order?
This website is set up like a shop, however, you can't order on the "Checkout" page. You need to send me a screenshot of your cart, through Instagram, Facebook, or email so I can fulfill your order! I have a PayPal button for you to place your order on the site if you choose to use PayPal and not Venmo!
Do you offer customs?
Yes I do! If you send me an email or a message on my socials, we can work out a custom! I have made a scrunchie stack of 2 for a whole junior cheer team!

How We Do It
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Darkside Design Co.. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages Darkside Design Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
